The word "leadership" always makes me cringe a little bit. I always associate it with job interviews because there is at least one question about a time you have been a leader. In these situations, I usually refer to my experiences as a camp counselor or being a project manager in school projects. But in all honestly, I feel like I have experienced the most meaningful moments of leadership in my day to day life. Situations that involve helping my friends with problems or dealing with various tasks at work. In my eyes a leader doesn't have to be in a position of leadership. They just have to have the courageous characteristics of one.
