Skiing has always been a strong passion of mine. When I'm on the mountain my confidence peaks and I fear nothing. As a ski instructor it is important for me to portray that confidence to those I'm guiding down the mountain. I believe regardless of the type of leader the most important aspect of being one is portraying confidence in what your doing. If the people you are leading see that confidence they are more likely to follow and accomplish their tasks and goals. Confidence develops creditability and comfort, two vital characteristics of a good leader.
